Bucket categories help organize text messages by assigning contacts to specific categories. From there, you can send mass text messages to everyone within the bucket.

Send messages by individual names.

Send messages via Ambassador name. An Ambassador is anyone who adds names to the outreach database. Everyone they make contact with will be attached to their name.

Send messages to anyone who is part of your outreach contacts, regardless of who was the assigned ambassador.
